Developed on a 4.52-acre site by Distinctive World Sdn Bhd, this project marks the debut venture of the joint collaboration between Distinctive Capital Sdn Bhd and Eccaz Sdn Bhd.

Designed with modern comforts and traditional values in mind, TuJu aims to revitalise the Segambut area, once dominated by Tan Chong Bhd's Nissan assembly plant.

Distinctive World chief executive officer and executive director Lim Ech Chan envisions TuJu as a catalyst for development in the Duta-Segambut zone, harmonising contemporary trends with community needs.

With earthworks and piling already underway before its launch, TuJu boasts a gross development value (GDV) of RM750 million.

Scheduled for completion by the third quarter of 2027, TuJu offers 932 configurable, convenient and comfortable homes across Towers A and B and the Annexe Block, catering to diverse living preferences.

The units were created with independent living for elderly residents in mind for safe and convenient living.

They vary in size from 710 square feet to 1,442 square feet, with an average price of RM650 per square foot, or starting at RM440,960.

According to Lim, the planning for TuJu took into consideration almost every modern home buyer's desire.

TuJu's layout flexibility provides residents with various options, accommodating individual preferences seamlessly, he said.

"Our layout is designed to be configurable. The result is that we have 10 options for people to choose from. Even our basic units can be configured into three rooms from the standard two rooms. Conversely, for those who prefer bigger rooms, our three-roomed units can be configured into two rooms," he explained.

Distinctive World executive director Monica Lai highlighted the project's emphasis on harmonious living, offering over 50 facilities and on-site retail convenience.

Both towers offer facilities spanning from Levels 6 to 41, including gaming rooms, sky dining areas, theatre lounges, computer lounges, and reading lounges.

The Annexe Block enhances the living experience with parking facilities, commercial spaces, and recreational amenities on Level 9, including workout terraces, sports courts, and a multipurpose hall.

Green space adds up to a generous 76,000 sf. There is also a 50-metre Infinity Lap Pool complete with floating lounges.

With a focus on sustainability, TuJu is EV-ready, incorporating electric vehicle infrastructure and promoting eco-friendly practices.

Moreover, TuJu features senior-friendly and disabled-accessible units, fostering inclusivity and multi-generational living.

"We have taken great care to ensure the facilities are child-safe and senior-friendly. TuJu is also EV-ready, with electric vehicle infrastructure already in the design brief to promote sustainability," she said.

Lai said that owners may apply for their own EV wall boxes, subject to the usual terms and approval.

She also highlighted the senior-friendly features of certain units, which are interconnectable with regular units to enable multi-generational living in harmony.

"TuJu also offers disabled-friendly units with dedicated facilities like wheelchair-accessible bathrooms and panic buttons," she adds.
