KUALA LUMPUR: Distinctive World Sdn Bhd, a property joint venture between Distinctive Capital Sdn Bhd and Eccaz Sdn Bhd, will launch a new development called TuJu@Duta North on March 3.
The condominium project will have a gross development value (GDV) of RM750 million, encompassing 4.52 acres of land.
It is slated for completion by the third quarter (3Q) of 2027.
The condominiums vary in size from 710 square feet to 1,442 square feet, with an average price of RM650 per square foot.
Prices for the units will start from RM440,960.
It is positioned strategically with access to the city via Jalan Kuching and major expressways like Duke, PLUS, SPRINT, NKVE, Damansara Link and Penchala Link.
Distinctive World executive director and chief executive officer Lim Ech Chan said the development has garnered a 30 per cent take-up rate among potential buyers.
Lim added that the project presents a favourable investment opportunity.
"The residential facilities, coupled with our extensive network of highways, present a promising investment opportunity," he added.
Lim emphasised that the project represents the culmination of planning and design, catering to the requirements of today's modern generation while also addressing traditional filial needs.
"When we sat down to design these homes, we already knew accessibility to the city was a given with our direct access to Jalan Kuching and to all the highways around here. Our designers set out to create homes where people can live in harmony.
"We begin with the family. To make multi-generational living possible and enjoyable, we provide inter-connectable units and dual-key units," added Lim.
The unit layout, he said, is designed to be adaptable, offering buyers a selection from 10 different configurations.
"Our basic units can be configured into three rooms from the standard two rooms. Conversely, for those who prefer bigger rooms, our three-roomed units can be configured into two rooms," he explained.
The TuJu @ Duta North comprises 41-storey twin towers with 932 configurable homes organised into Tower A, Tower B and Annexe Block.
Both towers offer facilities spanning from Levels 6 and 41, including gaming rooms, sky dining areas, theatre lounges, computer lounges, and reading lounges.
The Annexe Block provides parking facilities, commercial spaces, and amenities on Level 9, catering to recreational needs such as a workout terrace, basketball court, badminton court and a multipurpose hall.
