KUALA LUMPUR: Umno is set to hold a solat hajat and doa selamat tomorrow in conjunction with its 78th anniversary tomorrow.
The gathering will be held at Dewan Tun Hussein Onn at the Kuala Lumpur World Trade Centre at 7pm.
Umno secretary-general Datuk Dr Asyraf Wajdi Dusuki, in a Facebook posting, invited all to attend the event.
It is expected to be attended by the top leadership of the party, including president Datuk Seri Dr Ahmad Zahid Hamidi and other supreme council members.
Zahid is also expected to give a speech, which will be followed by isyak prayers and a dinner.
