JOHOR BARU: Motorists travelling to and from Singapore via the Johor Causeway are cautioned to expect congestion in conjunction with its 100th anniversary celebrations tomorrow.

Menteri Besar Datuk Onn Hafiz Ghazi took to his Facebook page to warn motorists to anticipate delays, and plan their journey ahead.

He advised travellers to either depart earlier or after the celebration ceremony which is expected to conclude by 1pm.

Motorists should also consider the Second Link as an alternative route, the post read.

The Johor Causeway, the world's busiest land border crossing, was officially opened on June 28, 1924.
