CHERY Malaysia's Jaecoo brand will officially enter the local automotive market next month with the launch of its J7 model.

Between now and its official entry in January the company will hold an exclusive preview to potential dealers and investors in anticipation of showroom openings, and the commencement of preliminary pre-introduction marketing initiatives to buildup official introduction to the Malaysian market in 2024.

The local arm of the company has also initiated their dealer recruitment program to get ready for the first model introduction next year.

Jaecoo focuses on developing urban off-road SUVs within the premium segment.
