KUALA LUMPUR: Ahmad Aslam, the son-in-law of celebrities Abby Abadi and Norman Hakim, is back in the limelight after he recently revealed on TikTok that he only works as a rider with an e-hailing company.

In the entry, Aslam showed a photo of him wearing the company's windbreaker and holding a green helmet which is part of the company's riders' uniform.

"You're right, I'm only a Grab rider," he wrote in the caption section.

It was believed that he was reacting to his mother-in-law Abby who recently revealed Aslam's profession in an interview on a news portal.

In another entry, he shared a video of him addressing TikTok users and asking them to follow his new account, which received various reactions from netizens.

Some of the comments read: "Please work hard, you have two wives now."

Another commented: "There's nothing wrong with being only a Grab rider. At least you're able to take on two wives. May you always be blessed in your efforts to make an honest living."

Earlier Aslam broke the internet when he married the 18-year-old daughter of Abby and Norman, Marissa Dania, in Songkhla, Thailand on Dec 27 last year.

It was his second marriage and was believed that he married Marissa without informing his family, including his first wife, Umisya Mazlan.
