KUALA LUMPUR: Actor Azhan Rani is currently being treated at a medical centre here after he met with an accident on Monday.
Fellow actor Beto Kusyairy said that his 45-year-old comrade was involved in the accident along Jalan Templer in Rawang while riding his motorcycle heading towards a filming location.
"Apparently the incident involved another motorcyclist. I have been informed that from the x-ray report, Azhan's left shoulder blade had been smashed from the impact.
"He had also fractured his collar bone and broken ribs," said Beto in a news report yesterday.
Azhan, he said, was still awaiting the results of more scan tests to see if there could be more internal injuries sustained.
Beto also took to Instagram yesterday to inform that Azhan could not return their calls or messages at the moment as the actor was recuperating.
"Hopefully there's nothing serious. Let's pray for his speedy recovery," he said.
