GUA MUSANG: Three Orang Asli men were killed when their cement mixer truck plunged into a ravine at Km89.5 Jalan Gua Musang-Lojing here today.

District police chief Superintendent Sik Choon Foo said police received a report on the incident about 10.15am.

"Initial investigation found that the truck was coming from Cameron Highlands and was heading to Lojing when the incident occurred.

"The 42-year-old driver was believed to have lost control of the vehicle along the winding and sloping roads."

He added the other two men were aged 23 and 28.

Their bodies were sent to Gua Musang hospital.

Police urged eyewitnesses to contact the district's traffic enforcement and investigation division at 09-9121222 or investigation officer for the case, Inspector Aida, at 017-2830392.
