TAPAH: A woman died, while another four including three children were still missing in a water surge incident at Jalan Brussel, Kampung Poh in Bidor here.
Perak Fire and Rescue Department director, Sayani Saidon said firemen received a distress call at 4.03pm today and a team of firemen from Bidor were rushed to the scene.
Sayani said based on initial report, seven people consists of three woman and four children were having picnic there.
"So far, a woman and 12-year-old girl were found safe, another woman died, and four including three children are still missing," she said.
"The search and rescue operation are still ongoing to find the missing victims," she said.
