KUALA LUMPUR: The total number of Covid-19 vaccine doses administered again surpassed the 400,000 mark.

Health Minister Datuk Seri Dr Adham Baba said 276,905 were first and 129,858 second doses, totalling 406,763 doses yesterday.

Based on data uploaded on the Covid-19 Vaccine Supply Access Guarantee Special Committee (JKJAV) Facebook page, Selangor was the highest in administering the vaccines with 85,865 first and 27,553 second doses.

This is followed by Kuala Lumpur with 52,512 first and 16,377 second doses; Sarawak (22,163 first and 46,266 second doses); Negri Sembilan (18,087 first and 4,716 second doses); Perak (18,417 first and 5,726 second doses); and Penang (17,986 and 5,726 second doses).

Johor recorded 13,516 dose and 4,368 second doses; followed by Sabah (12,362 first and 8,531 second doses); Kedah (11,383 first and 606 second doses); Pahang (9,030 dose and 3,649 second doses); Melaka (7,368 first and 5,420 second doses); Terengganu (2,349 first and 79 second doses); and Putrajaya (2,128 first and 396 second doses).

Kelantan recorded 1,781 first and 407 second doses; followed by Perlis (1,707 first and 1,678 second doses); and Labuan (251 first and 1,935 second doses).
