SONY has launched what it claims to be the world’s smallest high-resolution portable wireless speaker. Called h.ear go, it measures only 35mm in diameter.

Despite its compact size, h.ear go packs a powerful audio punch with extra bass. The left and right channel speaker chambers are complemented by dual passive radiators that extend low-end response.

At 790g, it is light enough to carry around, especially for those who are always on the move. It also boasts an impressive 12 hours of battery life. The speaker has Bluetooth wireless connectivity and One-touch listening via NFC with a 30m communication range, while wired connections are enabled with USB-B and Audio In.

At home, h.ear go can be used as a standalone speaker or be included into a multi-room set-up. The multi-room compatibility feature helps open up new listening experiences which is powered by Sony’s SongPal app. Listeners can also link two h.ear go units for a wireless stereo speaker system, or add h.ear go as wireless surround extension speakers to boost home cinema set-ups.

They will also have more music options to explore with built-in support for Google Cast and Spotify Connect.

The h.ear go is priced at RM799 and available in Lime Yellow, Cinnabar Red, Bordeaux Pink, Charcoal Black & Viridian Blue colours at all Sony Stores and Sony Centres here.
