KUALA LUMPUR: UMW Toyota Motor Sdn Bhd recorded a total sales of 10,263 units in November comprising 10,020 Toyota vehicles and 243 Lexus models, lower from 10,931 units in October.

UMW said with this achievement, the total year-to-date sales as of November 2023 is now at 97,705 units compared to 90,595 units for year-to-date sales in the same period last year.

"This marks a 7.8 per cent year-on-year rise in year-to-date sales for the first eleven months of the year," it said in a statement.

In a strategic move to enhance customer service and accessibility, UMW Toyota inaugurated two significant additions to its dealer network in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah.

The first marks the official opening and relocation of a 1S outlet in Putatan, Kota Kinabalu.

It said this new location, designed to better serve customers, ensures improved convenience and efficiency in sales and service offerings.

"Simultaneously, UMWT introduced a new 3S outlet expansion in Penampang, Sabah, operated by Armada KK Automobile Sdn. Bhd. "With 18 service bays, customers can expect faster and more efficient service, aligning with UMWT's commitment to a customer-first policy," it said.

The expansion emphasises UMWT's dedication to providing an extensive and accessible network for its valued customers.
