KUALA LUMPUR: Actress and entrepreneur Rozita Che Wan, 50, has been "reunited" with her Instagram account and 5.1 million followers after its five-month suspension ended recently.
She thanked the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC) for helping her get the account back.
"From the bottom of my heart I want to thank the MCMC as well as the National Film Development Corporation (Finas) for helping to reunite me and my social media fans," said Rozita in an Instagram Story post yesterday.
Rozita's Instagram account was suspended last Sept 15 for uploading content which breached community standards.
She was given until March 13 to appeal to Instagram against the suspension, failing which the account would be disabled.
