KUALA LUMPUR: Actress Nur Fazura has addressed a recent social media controversy, stating "Cukup-cukuplah" (enough is enough) in response to allegations made against her.

The 40-year-old artiste said this to reporters when asked about a social media posting claiming that a popular hijabi celebrity from Malaysia was recently seen going to a club in Jakarta while switching her head cover to a hoodie and a hat.

"I don't deny about wearing a hoodie and cap. And I've shared photos showing me garbed like this on social media before.

"Besides, I've never claimed to be the most pious person. I know I'm a work in progress and I'm not perfect.

"But to accuse me of going clubbing, that is too much," said Fazura, who admitted that to unwind from her work pressures, she sometimes go to karaoke centres with her friends.

Loving music and dancing, she said those were some of the things she still indulged from time to time, but no longer at night clubs.

Fazura shared this when met at an event called Ngopi With Fazura at a hotel in city centre here yesterday.
