KUALA LUMPUR: Chan Yiwen secured her first title in two years at the Hong Kong Squash PSA Challenge Cup by defeating Egypt's Amina El Rihany 11-5, 11-4, 11-6 in the final on Saturday.

The 23-minute victory over the fourth seed marked Yiwen's first title outside Malaysia and her third career win. Notably, the 23-year-old second seed did not drop a game throughout the tournament.

"It great to end my title drought here.

"Winning the title is a boost, and I hope to continue this momentum in upcoming competitions," said the world No 91.

Yiwen will now focus on the Odense Open in Denmark from March 5-9.
