KUALA LUMPUR: Brendan Gan scored his first goal of the season as KL City secured a 3-0 victory over Negri Sembilan in Friday's Super League match in Paroi.

The midfielder broke the deadlock in the 28th minute with an assist from captain Paulo Josue.

It was his first goal since joining the club this season.

Negri Sembilan's troubles deepened in the second half when Jacque Faye was sent off for a tackle on KL City's Ryan Lambert with 36 minutes left on the clock.

Josue extended KL City's lead in the 72nd minute before S. Sharvin added a third goal in the second minute of stoppage time, sealing their first win of the season.
