THE FA Cup final between Johor Darul Ta'zim and Terengganu will be held on Sept 10 at the National Stadium in Bukit Jalil.
This was announced by the Malaysian Football League (MFL) today.
The MFL's application to use the National Stadium was approved by the Malaysian Stadium Corporation.
Officials from MFL, Terengganu and JDT inspected the pitch at the National Stadium on Aug 12.
Previously, the National Stadium was closed for maintenance work, including repair to the pitch.
"The National Stadium is the only stadium that can accommodate 80,000 fans at one time, and it is in a safe condition for use," said MFL chief executive officer Stuart Ramalingam.
