KUALA LUMPUR: Lee Zii Jia marched into the quarter-finals of the Asian Championships (BAC) in Ningbo, China, today.

The world No. 11 produced another solid performance to oust Taiwan's Chou Tien Chen 21-15, 21-17 in the second round.

For the record, it was Zii Jia's fourth win over the veteran Taiwanese shuttler in nine meetings.

Zii Jia, the BAC champion in 2022, will play the winner of the match between Hong Kong's Lee Cheuk Yiu and newly crowned All England winner Jonatan Christie of Indonesia next.
