The Real Estate and Housing Developers' Association Selangor Branch (REHDA Selangor) will be hosting the Malaysia Property Expo 2022 Zone Shah Alam/Kuala Selangor (MAPEX Shah Alam / Kuala Selangor) next week at Central I-City Mall Shah Alam.
Seventeen property developers will take up a total of 28 booths. Over 2300 housing units will be showcased during the four-day expo from August 11 to 14.
They will highlight the most recent offers and packages during this time.
Eco World Development Group Bhd, Glomac Bhd, Klang Group Holdings Sdn Bhd, KLK Land Bhd, MCT Bhd, Nexusbase Development Sdn Bhd, OCR Group Bhd, OIB Properties (CV) Sdn Bhd, OSK Property Holdings Bhd, Sime Darby Property Bhd, Sin Hee Yang Property Group, SP Setia Bhd, and Sunsuria Bhd are a few of the participating developers.
Other exhibitors include companies that specialise in affordable housing, like Perbadanan PR1MA Malaysia, Perbadanan Kemajuan Negeri Selangor (PKNS), and Lembaga Perumahan dan Hartanah Selangor (LPHS), all of whom will be showcasing their Rumah Selangorku projects.
The affordable homes by these exhibitors are priced between RM112,500 and RM400,000.
The opening ceremony is scheduled for August 12 and will be officiated by Tuan Ng Sze Han, the Selangor EXCO for Local Authority, Public Transportation and New Village Development.
Several property talks have been scheduled through the event.
