Selangor Fire and Rescue Department assistant director (operations Ahmad Mukhlis Mukhtar said the vehicles were all parked at the Sri Kemboja Apartments.

He said the incident was reported to the department at 4.59pm, with seven firemen and an engine from the Bukit Sentosa station immediately despatched to the scene.

"When they arrived at the scene, the team found that a tree had come crashing down during the storm, onto three vehicles, two Perodua Myvis and a Proton Wira," he said in a statement.
