"In Kota Tinggi Jalan Ladang Siang (J223) is closed as floodwaters rose up to 0.75 m deep."

"In Segamat, two roads are closed namely the Senai-Gemas Road (FT001) due to 0.7 m of floodwaters. The Jabi-Bukit Tempurung Road (J516) is also closed to all vehicles due to 0.6m of flood water," he said.

Four roads were also cordoned off in the state due to floods and a landslide.
