KUANTAN: The twin brother of the one-year-old girl who recently died of Influenza A, also known as H1N1, has been discharged from hospital following treatment.
Pahang Health Department director Datuk Dr Bahari Awang Ngah said the toddler was admitted with mild symptoms.
The twins were warded together at the Sultan Haji Ahmad Shah Hospital last month.
Dr Bahari said the death was linked to influenza being widespread across the country.
News of the death was first reported on Jan 1, but it could not be verified by the authorities until now.
