SHAH ALAM: Mohd Hasri Abu Hassan, 45, the son of former Selangor Menteri Besar Tan Sri Abu Hassan Omar passed away from a heart attack at his residence in Kota Kemuning, 11.30pm last night.
Mohd Hasri, who was the third out of five siblings left behind a loving wife and two daughters.
His sister, the eldest in the family, Datin Hasnoradah Abu Hassan confirmed the passing.
She added that Mohd Hasri's remains will be buried at Kota Kemuning Muslim cemetery later this evening.
The family is currently waiting for the arrival of Abu Hassan who was in Jakarta, Indonesia, yesterday.
Abu Hassan was the 12th Selangor Menteri Besar and served from 1997 to 2009.
