KUALA LUMPUR: South Korean K-Pop starmaker Hybe's much-anticipated exhibition which takes a peek into the journeys of seven popular bands from the country is finally in town, from July 1 to Sept 1.

Hybe Insight: The Daydream Believers is set to attract thousands of visitors to LaLaport, Bukit Bintang City Centre, Jalan Hang Tuah here from 10am to 10pm daily.

Meticulously curated, the exhibition unveils the stories of K-Pop boybands and girl groups BTS, Seventeen, Tomorrow X Together, Enhypen, Le Sserafim, fromis_9 and &Team.

It features artistic photographs, authentic costumes, and narrations of behind-the-scenes stories of the stars.

These offer K-Pop fans a comprehensive experience that will help them know about the life stories of their idols better.

In addition, the Lower Ground Floor exhibition with nine sections includes a large photo zone for memorable snapshots and exclusive merchandise to be purchased by fans.

In addition to early bird tickets, the exhibition gives fans exclusive perks such as The Daydream Believers' Party, a mini concert hosted by Notes By YGM.

The event, promoted by Yes Travel & Holidays and SAT Entertainment, will also feature The Daydream Believers' K-Pop Dance Flash Mob where fans are expected to come dressed in their best outfits that pay tribute to their heroes.

Yes Travel chief executive officer Angela Mak and SAT Entertainment chief executive officer Sherman Heng launched the exhibition yesterday.

Mak said: "We are proud to be involved in this exhibition which brings Korean music fans closer to seven leading K-Pop groups under the Hybe label.

"This exhibition is a glowing tribute to the remarkable journey of artistes who bravely followed their dreams.

"Despite facing countless hurdles, these artistes remained steadfast, ultimately seeing their dreams come to fruition—highlighting the dedication and sacrifices they have made to reach the pinnacle of the K-Pop industry."

She added that the exhibition made its debut in Seoul, South Korea, from June to August last year.

It then travelled to Tokyo, Japan, and subsequently to Taipei, Taiwan.

"This exhibition not only celebrates their achievements and dreams but also fosters cultural exchange between Malaysia and South Korea."

Heng said: "This exhibition is an immersive journey into the world of seven leading K-Pop acts and features nine captivating zones for fans to enjoy various amazing experiences.

"Our mission is to bring Malaysia to the global stage by attracting more international visitors and boosting the Malaysian tourism industry.

"We are thrilled that fans from over 31 countries have purchased tickets to this exhibition."

Yes Travel has also curated a special three-day-and-two-night, and five-day-and-four-night The Daydream Believers Travel Package for international fans in collaboration with selected hotels in town.
