KUALA LUMPUR: Annoyed after his luxurious home and its interior decoration were likened to a tom yam restaurant by a woman believed to be an interior decorator, controversial businessman Datuk Seri Aliff Syukri Kamarzaman has threatened to sue her.
The 36-year-old personality shared this in an Instagram post yesterday.
"You don't have to condemn my house as being ugly or share any of your opinions. I don't need your advice.
"Why are you so concerned about the appearance of my house, whether it looks like a tom yam place or not? It's my house, so be it," he said angrily in the entry.
Aliff added that taste and preference are subjective and that one man's meat is another man's poison.
"You just wait for the letter from my lawyer. I don't have time to waste on you, even if you think you're the best interior decorator!"
Earlier, the woman in question was believed to have shared a TikTok entry, in which she claimed that Aliff's luxurious mansion lacked opulence and elegance.
