KUALA LUMPUR: Despite recent developments, BTS has remained the most searched boyband on Google for the past few years.

Koreaboo report this yesterday, quoting the data released by the search engine company in conjunction with its 25th anniversary which was on Tuesday.

Besides that, Google also revealed that the band's fandom, ARMY, and their dance choreography were also the most searched subjects worldwide.

The statement read: "The world can't get enough of BTS, as they also had the most searched fandom and the most searched choreography worldwide."

Meanwhile, as many are aware, the uber popular South Korean band is on a break now, following its last two members — Jung-kook and Jimin — who began the mandatory military programme on Tuesday.

Jin was the first to join the army in December last year, followed by J-Hope, Suga, V, and RM.
