JAKARTA: Indonesia's Foreign Ministry announced on Wednesday that three citizens at the Indonesian Hospital in Northern Gaza are making preparations for evacuation to Southern Gaza.

The ministry's spokesperson stated that their direct source in Gaza had informed them that the three individuals, who are volunteers from the Medical Emergency Rescue Committee, are in good condition.

"They're getting ready for evacuation to Southern Gaza, and we'll keep monitoring their condition," Lalu Muhammad Iqbal noted in a statement.

On Monday, the ministry reported a loss of contact with the three citizens who chose to stay rather than evacuate, after the Israeli shelling targetted the Indonesian Hospital in Northern Gaza. -- Bernama
