KUALA LUMPUR: Aspiring Malaysian Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) fighters have the opportunity to earn UFC contracts through Road To UFC (season two).

Following the success of the first season, UFC are renewing Road To UFC for another season, starting on May 27.

This tournament is a 'win and advance' event, which will see top MMA prospects from Asia earning UFC contracts.

In season one, which concluded on Feb 5, seven Asian MMA talents earned UFC contracts.

They were Anshul Jubli (India), Jeong Yeong Lee (South Korea), Hyun Sung Park (South Korea), Rinya Nakamura (Japan), Toshiomi Kazama (Japan), Jeka Saragih (Indonesia), and Zhang Mingyang (China).

Road To UFC season two will feature multiple weight categories, including the men's flyweight, bantamweight, featherweight and lightweight divisions.
