KUALA LUMPUR: Police won the MFL Challenge Cup title 4-1 on aggregate after a 1-1 draw against Kuching City in the final return leg at the State Stadium today.

Police are only the third team to win the title after Terengganu II (2018) and Johor Darul Ta'zim II (2019).

In Kuching, the hosts scored first through midfielder Petrus Shitembi in the 33rd minute.

However, Uche Agba equalised for Police in the 56th minute.

It is also Police's first domestic title since their Premier League win in 2014.
