The win also confirmed Malaysia a place in the quarter-finals, with only Tuesday's match against Denmark remaining to determine who top the group.
Former All England champion Lee Zii Jia opened the floodgates by thrashing Adel Hamek 21-8, 21-6, before Cheam June Wei doubled Malaysia's lead with a 21-9, 21-14 win over Youcef Sabri Medel.
Debutants Choong Hon Jian-Haikal Nazri sealed the tie when they defeated Sifeddine Larbaoui-Mohamed Abdelaziz Ouchefoun 21-8, 21-3 to give Malaysia an unassailable 3-0 lead.
Justin Hoh made it 4-0 following a 21-10, 21-14 win over Mohamed Abderrahime Belarbi before Nur Izzuddin Rumsani-Soh Wooi Yik completed the rout with a 21-13, 21-9 win over Koceila Mammeri-Youcef.
Earlier, Denmark hammered Hong Kong 5-0.
