SEREMBAN: DAP organising secretary Anthony Loke has brushed aside allegations that the party was trying to turn PKR’s president Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim into DAP’s puppet in the government.

He said the allegations made by Pas president Datuk Seri Abdul Hadi Awang was nothing new, as the same script had been used by the party before.

“It is common for Pas to target DAP on any issue in the country. Every problem that occurs in Malaysia, to them, is DAP’s fault,” he said.

“Do you think it is easy to turn anyone into DAP’s puppet? If it is, then the party is really great,” he told reporters after launching the Negri Sembilan’s Road Transport Department (RTD) NDN number series through JPJebid system here today.

Hadi yesterday had posted in his Twitter’s account that DAP had wanted to turn Anwar into a puppet in the government as the party was the one who had really wanted to take over the country’s leadership.

He had also written that a certain party leader who he labelled as being ‘extremely greedy’ could not wait for the right time to become prime minister
