SHAH ALAM: Sabak Bernam member of parliament Datuk Mohd Fasiah Mohd Fakeh has rubbished a list which went viral claiming that he was one of 17 people’s representatives who could potentially quit Umno.
Fasiah described the list, which he received in one of his Whatsapp group chats this morning, as nonsense.
“It is untrue. I am not quitting Umno,” he told New Straits Times Press today.
Fasiah said he was shocked to read the list which, among others, named Datuk Seri Idris Jusoh, Datuk Seri Shahidan Kassim, Datuk Seri Mohamed Nazri Abdul Aziz and Khairy Jamaluddin as those who would exit Umno.
Fasiah brushed off the list saying that he would not take it seriously.
“Well this is politics. There are lots of antics in politics,” he said.
