KUALA LUMPUR: Entrepreneur and influencer Khairul Aming has made waves on social media by treating his workers to a breaking of fast at a luxury hotel, besides giving them a generous amount of duit raya bonus and taking them festive shopping.

In a viral TikTok post that garnered 5.1 million views, he said he closed both of his factories in Kelantan recently just to celebrate and appreciate his staff members.

Khairul Aming was seen taking all 100 of his employees to shop for Raya clothes and kitchen essentials in anticipation of Hari Raya Aidilfitri.

Lepas raya nanti kita pergi bercuti pulak #KongsiBersama #KongsiSelera #IftarwithKhairulaming original sound - Khairulaming

"We took everyone shopping for Raya's clothes, stocked up on kitchen essentials for Raya's preparations with the family, handed out Raya money bonuses, and even enjoyed breaking fast together at the hotel. After Raya, we plan to go on vacation," read the caption in the video.

He said this was the annual tradition in his company, in which the workers could choose the clothes they wanted, including headscarves for female workers.

"I enjoy watching them shop. Their carts are filled with items like cooking oil, soy sauce, rice and some even bought chicken to make rendang, among others," said Khairul Aming.

His act of kindness didn't end there, as he was seen returning to his factory to distribute duit raya.

His 100 staff members were deeply touched when he handed them thick envelopes filled with generous bonuses in RM50 and RM100 notes.

"I decided to share my success with all my staff by giving them duit raya, hoping it would assist them in their Hari Raya preparations with their families."

Seeing this heartwarming gesture had spurred several netizens to express interest in working for the entrepreneur.

"Does Khairul Aming need a personal doctor? I'm ready to work for him," said @Dr Athrash.

"Alright, who's handling human resources for Khairul Aming's company? I want to submit my resume," inquired @nshntsh.r.

"Are there any job openings available? Looks like so much fun. My boss never stops complaining about having no money. It's a shame, same story every year," said @Nur.
