KUALA LUMPUR: A video showing a blue BMW being driven dangerously before crashing on the MEX Highway, killing one and injuring three others, has drawn criticism from netizens.
The video uploaded by a Tik Tok account, IPK TV showed the driver of a blue BMW speeding in the fast lane, shortly before it veers off the designated lane onto the grass, in a bid to overtake an MPV, also travelling in the fast lane.

Seconds after the car overtakes the MPV, a dashcam recording shows it crashing into another vehicle travelling on the middle lane.
The impact of the crash causes the BMW to overturn while the vehicle it crashed into hit the road divider.
Debris from the crash is seen scattered on the road, alongside the two crashed cars in the dashcam video recording.
This video has since garnered 10,500 likes and has been shared by almost 2,000 social media users.
The video also received some1,000 comments from netizens, mostly condemning the BMW driver for his driving.
Among those who commented was user @Mizi2020, "Pity...the person (was) not at fault."
@zaini mat saad said, "Looks like he tried to overtake but failed in his attempt. Pity that someone else has become victims".
It is learnt that four people were involved in the accident which occurred on Sunday afternoon.
One person died at the scene while the rest are reported to be in a serious condition at the hospital.
