KUALA LUMPUR: His Majesty Sultan Ibrahim, King of Malaysia granted an audience to the Dewan Rakyat Speaker Tan Sri Johari Abdul at Istana Negara today.
Johari in his Facebook post said the meeting discussed the preparation made by the Malaysian Parliament for the upcoming Dewan Rakyat session.
"I inform His Majesty about the preparations for the Malaysian Parliament and the affairs of the Dewan Rakyat, which are scheduled to commence on Feb 26," he said.
