KUALA LUMPUR: Two family members of a 16-year-old teenager, a student at Malay College Kuala Kangsar (MCKK), who is alleged to be a victim of bullying, are expected to give statements at the Brickfields police headquarters tomorrow.

They are expected to do so at 4pm, believed to be in response to a police report filed by a representative of the Parents and Teachers Association of MCKK.

Lawyer Wan Azlina Wan Adnan, the chairperson of the Anti-Bullying Act Movement, said the statements of the two family members are intended to assist the investigation under Section 233 of the Communications and Multimedia Act 1998.

"This follows a police report made by a representative of the MCKK's PTA," she told Harian Metro today.

It was reported recently that police were investigating the bullying incident involving Form 4 and Form 5 students at MCKK under Section 323 of the Penal Code.

On Nov 7, police have submitted the investigation papers to the deputy public prosecutor for further action.
