KUALA LUMPUR: Maju Expressway (MEX) has taken down its misspelled signage after becoming a buzz on social media yesterday.

The minor error on the word "Expressway", which was initially spelled "Experssway" was on a sign located along its Putrajaya-Dengkil-KLIA highway.

MEX, when contacted, told the New Straits Times that the fault was due to a signage production error.

They confirmed that the signage was replaced today to ease the journey for road users.
