KUALA LUMPUR: Inspector-General of Police Tan Sri Acryl Sani Abdullah Sani paid a courtesy visit on Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim at his office in Putrajaya earlier today.
This was the police force's first formal visit on Anwar since he was sworn in as the 10th prime minister last Thursday.
During the meeting, Acryl and his team briefed the prime minister on current affairs and other security-related matters.
Also present were Home Ministry secretary-general Datuk Seri Wan Ahmad Dahlan Abdul Aziz, Deputy Inspector-General of Police Tan Sri Razarudin Husain, and federal police secretary Datuk Noorsiah Mohd Saaduddin.
