PUTRAJAYA: Malaysia is in the course of filing more documents on the Pulau Baru Puteh case at the International Court of Justice (ICJ).
"So far there is a case management in the Hague at the International Court of Justice on Sept 11", Attorney-General, Tan Sri Mohamed Apandi Ali said.
The court had acceded to Malaysia's request for more documents to be filed, he said, adding Malaysia was now in the course of filing those documents.
Singapore was reported had filed a fresh rebuttal to Malaysia's ongoing challenge to the Pedra Branca judgment at the ICJ.
The latest documents were filed with the ICJ on Monday by the republic, in response to a second application by Malaysia on June 30 challenging the court's 2008 ruling awarding the tiny island to Singapore.
Malaysia's second application followed an earlier one in February this year where Putrajaya cited what it claimed was the discovery of new facts from three documents recently discovered in the United Kingdom’s national archive, which it said would have resulted in a “different conclusion” by the ICJ.
