PASIR MAS: Two men wearing skull caps, stole nine fans at Masjid Mukim Kelar here last Saturday.
The act which took place at about 4am was recorded by three closed circuit television cameras (CCTV) in the mosque.
The recording showed the two men getting into the yard with a motorcycle.
They were then seen entering the mosque with their shoes on before stealing the fans.
The video had become viral on Facebook since yesterday.
Meanwhile, Pasir Mas district police chief, Assistant Commissioner Abdullah Mohammad Piah when contacted confirmed receiving a report on the incident.
"The police are trying to locate the suspects, believed to be in their 30s " he added.
