The event, organised by CapitaMalls Asia (CMA) as part of its corporate social responsibility programme, is now in its eighth year.

This year the fashion show kicked off with the presence of underprivileged children from four charitable organisations - Penang Shan’s Children Home Association, Pertubuhan Rumah Kebajikan Seri Cahaya Pulau Pinang, Children’s Protection Society Pulau Pinang and The National Autism Society of Malaysia.

The event, hosted by renowned emcee and radio deejay Serena C, also saw local celebrities strut their stuff down the runway.

Debbie Goh, Wilson Tan, Jeffrey Cheng, JC Chee, Amelia Henderson, Allan Toh, Lynn Lim and Shir Chong took to the catwalk with brands such as GUESS, Bonia, Timberland, Adidas Originals, Sub, Dorothy Perkins, Seen Eyewear, OWL Eyewear, Burton Menswear London and Forever 21.
