BUTTERWORTH: MyPPP youth pledges to reach out to and engage with youths nationwide through its MyEnglish, MyEntrepreneur and MyEnvironment programmes.
The programmes are part of the '365-day challenge' implemented by the party aimed at bringing the party closer to the local community, especially youths.
Its national chief Sathiah Sudakaran said the plans to uplift and help youths nationwide regardless of race was taking place "aggressively".
"We are not representing one race and we are not competing with any other parties.
"We just want to continue engaging with the people through education and entrepreneurship programmes to uplift society and help youths,"he said today at Safira Club after the state myPPP youth meeting.
myPPP has 600,000 members and 150 divisions in 10 state out of which the youth wing has 30,000 members.
The party does not hold any seats in the parliament after it contested and lost in one parliamentary and four state seats in the last general election in 2013.
The party is still working to woo voters to support the ruling coalition.
