GEORGE TOWN: Documents pertaining to the land sale involving Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng's bungalow were left outside the Nepal Consulate in Prai here yesterday.

Honorary Nepal Consul-General to Penang Datuk Huan Cheng Guan said the nine-page documents were believed to have been left by an anonymous person at about 5pm.

He said the documents show a link between the bungalow's original owners and Lim.

"I have handed over these documents to police and have lodged a police report on the matter.

"I hope the police can investigate the relationship between the link between the companies and individuals involved," he said in a press conference today.

Earlier, Huan lodged the report at the Prai police station on the matter.
