With the theme Sinar Ramadan, the dishes will be prepared by its executive chef, Mohammad Jamili Napiah.
"Diners will get the chance to explore all kinds of local food from different states. We will also include a Japanese cuisine called okonomiyaki to give our customers more variety," he said.
Jamili said the highlight in this buffet menu and a must-try dish is their famous kambing kebuli.
Introduced three years ago, this meal captured the patrons' tastebuds with its tender meat along with its mushroom and mint sauce.
Apart from the kambing kebuli, meat lovers must indulge in its other variety of beef, chicken and lamb such as gulai lemak daging tetel, daging goreng kunyit berbawang, daging bakar lemak minang, ayam percik Kelantan, ayam lemak rebung and kambing kheema Hyderabad.
Patrons could balance their meal with fresh and raw vegetables at its ulam-ulam bar station.
This stall is also offering a mixture of kerabu perut, kerabu mangga muda, and kerabu taugeh udang.
Diners will be spoiled by the chocolate house desserts as it has yummy cakes, cupcakes, brownies, mousse and ice cream.
In addition, there are two chocolate fountains for guests to dip their freshly cut strawberries, mangoes grapes or mini marshmallows.
Try something different by having the Palestinian pancake called qatayef. It is shaped like a dumpling with cheese and nuts stuffing.
Those who prefer something simpler should opt for Malay traditional sweet treats like wajik, kuih buah Melaka, kuih kole kacang and kuih bahulu.
The promotion is priced at RM88 for adults and RM44 for children.
With every purchase of Sinar Ramadan buffet, SACC will donate RM1 to Selangor Islamic Religious Council (Mais) and Malaysian Blind Muslim Association (Pertis).
The fund is used to increase the printing of braille Quran.
