IN celebration of International Women's Day, Agensi Pekerjaan Jev Management and Job Majestic launched a programme called EmpowHER, supported by the Human Resources Development Corporation (HRD Corp).

The programme is aligned with government initiatives aimed at empowering women in the workplace and ensuring at least 30 per cent of women in decision-making roles.

"Providing constant training equips women with the tools they need to navigate an ever-evolving professional landscape", says HRD Corp vice president Nur Sakinah Ramli.

EmpowHER aims to promote an ongoing initiative to empower and equip 1,000 professional women executives with a forward-thinking mindset and gain the most in-demand skills to challenge the status quo.

EmpowHER will delve deeply into reskilling and upskilling professional women executives with skill sets provided by seasoned HRD-certified trainers.

This initiative enables women to bridge the skill gap, stay competitive, and enhance their career prospects.
