KUALA LUMPUR: Actress Millie Bobby Brown and her fiance Jake Bongiovi reportedly tied the knot last weekend in a "very low-key" ceremony.
This was confirmed by British daily The Sun last Friday.
According to The Sun, quoting an unnamed source, Stranger Things star Brown, 20, and Bongiovi, 22, quietly said their vows with their closest family members in attendance.
Bongiovi is the son of rock legend Jon Bon Jovi of the iconic rock band Bon Jovi.
The couple plans to have a bigger ceremony later this year.
Brown and Bongiovi met and connected in 2021 through Instagram.
According to the actress, they "were friends for a while" before dating in the same year.
The couple announced their engagement in April 2023.
Among those who expressed their support for the couple was Bon Jovi who said that age did not matter if one finds and grows with the right partner.
"I think that all of my kids have found the people that they think they can grow together with. And we like them all," said Bon Jovi.
