KUALA LUMPUR: Entrepreneur-turned-Tiktoker, Datuk Red, who currently sleeps in his car, says that it's a learning process he needs to get used to after recently divorcing his two wives.

Datuk Red or Datuk Seri Adnan Abu, 46, divorced his second wife, singer Adira Suhaimi, 32, on April 24, followed by a divorce from his first wife, Datin Seri Sharifah Norshafila Hashim or Datin Red, 38, on May 14.

"I am now comfortable living and sleeping in the car. There is no problem. Thank God I am still in good health. Don't worry about me. Thank you all.

"I can afford to rent a house or a room, but for now I just want to get used to it and teach myself. All this (divorce) just happened last Tuesday," he said in a video on TikTok.

According to the father of 11 children, he also received lots of messages from people offering help that he had to kindly decline.

"Thank you very much. It's not that I don't want to, but I don't want to bother people. I'm also getting more comfortable being like this.

"After all, a room that I rented to be used as a business space, is now being renovated and that's why I spend my nights in the car," he said.

Datuk Red has five children during his 18-year marriage with Datin Red. He has four kids with Adira, whom he was married to for nine years.

Datuk Red, who first married in his early 20s, also has two children from his previous marriage which ended in separation.

During the divorce procedure with his two wives, Adira and Datin Red did not demand any maintenance from him since they did not want to trouble him.

Before this, Datuk Red disclosed that he had been bankrupt since 2019 when his real estate business failed which saw him having to bear a debt of about RM7 million.
