KUALA LUMPUR: Lisa of K-pop sensation Blackpink recently purchased a newly renovated home in Beverly Hills, California in the USA for USD3.95 million (RM19 million).

The 27-year-old Thai rapper, singer, and dancer, whose full name is Lalisa Manobal, was said to have bought the property last month.

According to Mansion Global, the 1924 house was extensively renovated and now features a modern rustic vibe with a spin on an English countryside manor.

It was described by a property agent as being, "quite private because of the enormous lot, surrounded by hills and views. It's a very serene and peaceful space."

The gated property in Los Angeles, which covers over 1.3 acres, features a 3,387-square-foot vine-covered house, with four bedrooms, a clay tile roof, stone flooring, and vaulted wood ceilings.

The home is set in the hills of Coldwater Canyon, a peninsula that runs alongside the Santa Monica Mountains.

Its gated compound is set back from the street behind high hedges and is landscaped with olive trees and bushes.

Lisa, who did not renew her solo contract with YG Entertainment, launched her own label, Lloud, in February.

All four members of BlackPink have renewed their contracts with YG Entertainment for group activities.

Lisa's group activities with the international girl group will be managed by YG Entertainment but LLOUD will be handling all of her solo activities.
