KUALA LUMPUR: Actor Mierul Aiman is surprised to find out that there is a rumour circulating about him being in a relationship with the granddaughter of a VIP.
The 25-year-old, whose full name is Mohammad Amirul Aiman Norazman, stated that he is still single and has many friends, adding that it is not in his nature to inquire about his friends' family backgrounds.
"There's no one special right now," he said, adding that he wasn't sure if there could be some who might be offended by his statement.
"As I'm an easy person, I can be friends with just anyone.
"And especially being in this industry, each set is like a big office, so I'm bound to meet with many people at work. Each set would present new co-workers," he said to reporters when met at the filming set of Astro Shaw's new drama series titled 'Project: Exit' at Rimba Ilmu, Universiti Malaya here earlier today.
Mierul added he had never been uncomfortable when asked by the media about his love life, as he has nothing to hide.
"The only thing I don't share is about my family and what I do at home."
