KUALA LUMPUR: For fans of rap music, ushering in the year 2023 with rapper Travie McCoy may be the event you can look forward to.
The 41-year-old American rapper, singer, and songwriter is set to entertain fans in Kuala Lumpur for the first time on Dec 31 at Zepp Kuala Lumpur.
McCoy who collaborated with Bruno Mars on the hit song Billionaire in 2010, is a talented instrument player, who is also fond of rock and a combination of other genres such as reggae and pop.
"With a good record, McCoy, who is known for his relaxing music, rap, and the positive messages in his work, is seen to be very compatible with our vision to close 2022 sweetly and open 2023 with big hopes that are more profitable," said concert organisers Pushplay Production in a statement today.
As an added bonus, the organisers have also invited Alexis Kings to warm up the venue atmosphere as the opening act.
